NexEdu is suitable for children aged 5 to 14. It is particularly effective for primary-aged learners (KS1 and KS2), where consistent short sessions significantly improve confidence and academic foundations.

The AI analyses responses instantly, adjusts question difficulty, revisits weaker areas, and reinforces understanding with clear step-by-step explanations.
Sessions & Access
?How long is each tutoring session?
The Starter plan includes up to 30 minutes of tutoring per child per day. The Monthly 60 and Yearly 60 plans include up to 60 minutes per day. Tutoring can be used through 20:59 UK time, and a new daily allowance begins at 00:00 UK time.
?Is NexEdu available at all times?
The NexEdu website and parent account remain accessible throughout the day. Daily tutoring time can be used from 00:00 through 20:59 UK time; the tutoring window then closes for the remainder of that calendar day and a new allowance begins at 00:00 UK time.
?Are reports provided?
Yes. If a child reaches their plan’s full 30 or 60-minute daily allowance, the report is prepared and sent after the allowance is completed. If they use tutoring time but do not reach their full allowance, the day’s report is sent after the daily tutoring window closes.
Subscriptions & Billing
?What subscription options are available?
NexEdu currently offers Starter at £9.99 per month with up to 30 minutes per day, Monthly 60 at £19.99 per month with up to 60 minutes per day, and Yearly 60 at £149.99 per year with up to 60 minutes per day.
?Does each child need their own subscription?
Yes. Each child requires a separate subscription to ensure personalised learning and individual progress tracking.
?Can subscriptions be cancelled?
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. However, payments already processed for the current month or year are non-refundable.

NexEdu does not offer refunds. By subscribing, parents acknowledge and accept this policy.
