NexEdu is an AI-powered online tutoring system for children aged 5–14 across Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3. Its curriculum map uses the National Curriculum in England as a reference. Guided questions continue throughout the child’s available daily tutoring time; the tutor responds to each answer, gives a hint after an incorrect answer, and briefly reteaches after two consecutive incorrect answers. Topic difficulty progression is based on recent answer performance rather than changing continuously after every answer.
?Which ages is NexEdu designed for?
NexEdu is designed for children aged 5 to 14 across KS1, KS2 and KS3. Parents select the child’s year group so practice can be organised at the appropriate Key Stage; NexEdu does not guarantee a particular grade, confidence gain or rate of academic progress.
?How does the AI personalise learning?
The tutor checks each answer as it is submitted, gives a hint after an incorrect answer and provides brief reteaching after two consecutive incorrect answers. Topic difficulty progression uses recent answer performance, and same-day topic progress can resume where the child left off.
Sessions & Access
?How long is each tutoring session?
The Starter plan includes up to 30 minutes of tutoring per child per day. The Monthly 60 and Yearly 60 plans include up to 60 minutes per day. Tutoring can be used through 20:59 UK time, and a new daily allowance begins at 00:00 UK time.
?Is NexEdu available at all times?
The NexEdu website and parent account remain accessible throughout the day. Daily tutoring time can be used from 00:00 through 20:59 UK time; the tutoring window then closes for the remainder of that calendar day and a new allowance begins at 00:00 UK time.
?Are reports provided?
Yes. If a child reaches their plan’s full 30 or 60-minute daily allowance, the report is prepared and sent after the allowance is completed. If they use tutoring time but do not reach their full allowance, the day’s report is sent after the daily tutoring window closes.
Subscriptions & Billing
?What subscription options are available?
NexEdu currently offers Starter at £9.99 per month with up to 30 minutes per day, Monthly 60 at £19.99 per month with up to 60 minutes per day, and Yearly 60 at £149.99 per year with up to 60 minutes per day.
?Does each child need their own subscription?
Yes. Each child requires a separate subscription to ensure personalised learning and individual progress tracking.
?Can subscriptions be cancelled?
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future renewal. Access normally continues through the already-paid period unless a statutory cancellation, refund or other remedy requires different treatment.
?Are refunds provided?
NexEdu generally does not offer discretionary refunds for paid subscription periods, but this does not affect statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires a cancellation, refund or other remedy, NexEdu will honour it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

AI systems generate responses dynamically, so wording and explanations can vary. NexEdu applies educational safeguards, but no AI system can guarantee that every output will always be correct or appropriate; parents and guardians should supervise use and report concerns.

By subscribing and using NexEdu, parents acknowledge that AI-generated educational content is provided as part of an automated system. NexEdu does not accept liability for interpretation, application, or reliance upon AI outputs.
