NexEdu is a digital educational support service operated by NexEdu AI Tutoring Ltd in London, United Kingdom. It is built for parents who want structured, age-appropriate practice at home without giving a child an unrestricted AI chat interface.
NexEdu’s purpose is to give families a predictable learning routine that can sit alongside school. The product is designed around defined subjects, year groups, topics, session limits and parent reporting rather than open-ended conversation. NexEdu does not claim to replace school, a teacher or professional educational assessment.
NexEdu organises learning for KS1, KS2 and KS3. In England, these stages correspond to ages 5–7, 7–11 and 11–14 respectively.
NexEdu organises its Key Stage topic map around the subject strands in England’s National Curriculum framework and programmes of study, including English, mathematics and science. The live tutor is prompted to teach in UK (England) National Curriculum style.

The tutoring system uses an AI service through an API to generate questions, explanations and parent-report wording within NexEdu’s configured learning flow. Responses are automated and can make mistakes.
Parent accounts hold the child profile needed to operate the service. Tutor AI requests do not require the child’s display name, and parent-report generation uses a placeholder in the AI request before the child’s name is inserted locally into the final report.
Parents create child profiles and choose the subscription for each child. Starter provides up to 30 minutes per day; Monthly 60 and Yearly 60 provide up to 60 minutes per day. Tutoring is available through 20:59 UK time and a new daily allowance begins at 00:00 UK time.
NexEdu records daily subject activity and uses it to build a parent-facing progress report from the subjects the child actually practised. Parents can manage whether progress-report emails are sent.
Subscription checkout is hosted by Stripe. NexEdu does not receive full payment card details. Subscription status is updated through Stripe’s signed webhook flow.
