This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for NexEdu subscriptions.

No refunds

NexEdu AI Tutoring Ltd does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) unused time, partial months, early cancellation, accidental purchase, or changes of mind.

By subscribing and using NexEdu, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Cancellations

• Monthly plans: you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
• Annual plans: you may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the annual term.
• Important: cancellation stops future billing, but does not create a refund for any current paid period.

Access after cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, your access typically remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.

• Daily tutoring allowance is 30 minutes per child and resets at 12:00am UK time.
• AI-generated reports are produced at the end of completed sessions.

Free trial

NexEdu may offer a free 5-minute trial for new users. Trial access is provided as-is and does not create any entitlement to refunds.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a payment was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately at support@nexedu.net so we can help investigate.

Unauthorised payment claims may require additional verification. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
