We do not collect or store full payment card details. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

We process personal data for the following lawful purposes:

4. Children's Data
NexEdu provides educational services for children under parental supervision. All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

- Chat history is retained for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.
- Progress reports are retained while the parent account remains active.
- Parent accounts remain active unless a deletion request is submitted.

6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers including Stripe and, where applicable, PayPal. NexEdu does not store or process full payment card details.
7. Hosting & Data Storage
NexEdu is hosted on secure VPS infrastructure located in the United Kingdom (Linode UK data centre). We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data.
8. Cookies
Currently, NexEdu uses only strictly necessary session cookies required for secure login and functionality. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies at this time.
If analytics services such as Google Analytics are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent mechanisms implemented.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform, including:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- PayPal (payment processing)
- Hosting providers (UK-based infrastructure)
