Sessions & Access
How long is each tutoring session?
Each subscription includes 30 minutes of tutoring per child per day. The allowance resets at 12:00am (midnight) UK time.
Is NexEdu available at all times?
Yes. NexEdu is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing families to learn at times that suit them.
Are reports provided?
Yes. At the end of each completed 30-minute session, an AI-generated report summarises performance, strengths and recommended next steps.

Does each child need their own subscription?
Yes. Each child requires a separate subscription to ensure personalised learning and individual progress tracking.
Can subscriptions be cancelled?
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. However, payments already processed for the current month or year are non-refundable.
